straight talk (with egypt mckee)
Author and speaker Egypt McKee designed Straight Talk program to help young people to discover, uncover, and recover from life’s character challenges: To Be or Not To Be Relevant?
Considering the outrageous number of television programs and social media channels which feature and sensationalize sex, violence, and moral emptiness; Egypt's approach has been to leverage these large audiences of young adults who struggle with addiction, compulsive behavior, relationships, anger, blame, and life in general by providing relevant alternative media content, which communicates faith, hope, and love.
Egypt is passionate about building up lives of character and integrity in others, convinced that every person is relevant and has a purpose. His book "Life. The Struggle Within" covers life for both men and women.
Has there ever been a time when you simply wanted to get off the high-speed train of life and take a much-needed break? Are you willing to be honest with yourself, even if you can't be honest with others? Life often seems to be as much as a struggle as it is a gift, while pressure to answer the one question every human soul desires to understand continues to hang over your head- what is the purpose of my life?
Are there lessons to be learned from generational mistakes, selfish choices, or a determined mind? "Life. The Struggle Within" chronicles the daily struggles of both men and women alike.
